Guidelines to ordering parts

HELP US IDENTIFY YOUR VEHICLE CORRECTLY

Car parts are different from one car to another even for the same model of the same year.
We need the ID plate information with the details of your car to find the right parts for you.

On the ID plate are written (example from Toyota Vista Ardeo):
For electrical parts such as alternators, starter motors, air conditioner compressors, make and model number of these parts are required.
These are written on the side of the units.

Below are examples of the ID plates which are located on the firewall in the engine compartment or on the center pillar of your car.
For trucks they are generally located on the chassis frame.

Choose a shipping method

Ocean Shipping is recommended for bulky parts (i.e. bonnets, windscreens, bumpers etc) and heavy parts weighing over 50kg (i.e. engines, transmissions etc).
Ocean Shipping delivers your parts in a break bulk cargo container to your destination port. It takes about 4 to 6 weeks. You will need to organize clearing and inland transport to the final destination.

Air Courier delivers your parts to the address designated on the invoice. It takes about 5 days to 1 week.

Be specific about the parts you need

When filling in the description of the parts, please be specific about what you need.
BAD: "A front indicator light"
GOOD: Right hand, front indicator light near to headlight.
BAD: "A brake unit"
GOOD: Front brake pads
BAD: "Suspensions"
GOOD: Right hand, rear shock absorber.

As for complicated mechanic parts, if you are not so familiar with the car parts, consulting your mechanic is recommended.
