All our cars have to pass a 60 point check mentioned below.

ENGINE

OVERALL CONDITION

We check the tension and condition of the various drive belts. Also the condition of vacuum & fuel hoses, engine durability, leaks, noises and emission from any area of the engine or component.

FUEL SYSTEM
We check for leaks and overall condition.

ENGINE/ COOLING SYSTEM
Engine performance, Engine oil level and color and look for leaks, the oil filler cap condition and deposits. Leaks in coolant, Rusty coolant pipes, Timing belt, Noise on cooling fan belt, Electric fan motor performance. Radiator hoses and recovery system will be checked.

CHASSIS

BRAKE SYSTEM

Master cylinder and servo checked for leaks. Also we check fluid level, wheel cylinders. Linkages and cables on the hand brake.

STEERING AND SUSPENSION
We check sturdiness & reliability of the whole steering system. Check center links, pump, hoses/ lines and shaft/ couplings.

ELECTRICAL

LIGHTING AND WIPERS

Turn signals, courtesy lights, brake lights, dash & instrument lights, back-up lights, hazard lights, and marker lights are checked.

CHARGING AND BATTERIES
Battery terminal corrosion, battery voltage, charging system will be checked.

BODY

INTERIOR

We check the operation of the controls. Seats, hood living, trim conditions and vacuum clean the car, seats & floor mats.

EXTERIOR
We check overall exterior condition such as dents, scratches and/or any other damages will be noted in the report.

* Vehicle condition details are shown in the Vehicle Inspection Report, which is available for US$50 as a PSIC (Pre-Shipment Inspection Certificate).

Vehicle Grading System

All vehicles exported by Trust Company Ltd. under go a standardized Quality Control inspection at our Nagoya Port PDI facility, to ensure the vehicle's quality and to inform you of any defects such as scratches or tire condition. Inspection is carried out upon arrival of the vehicle in our holding center. Each vehicle is graded, according to Trust Company Ltd's quality grading system, and photos are then taken for display on the website.

GRADING SYSTEM

Grade 6 As good as new.
Grade 5 Excellent to Almost new condition. Vehicle is in Top Condition, No scratches or dents.
Grade 4 Very Good condition. Very few slight scratches/ dents as you would get with any used vehicle. Nothing major at all.
Grade 3.5 Vehicle is in similar to Grade 4's condition, but may have a few more visible scratches or dents.
Grade 3 Good condition (No mechanical or electronic damages). Various scratches or dents.
Grade 2 Rough/ Poor condition. Repairs may be required. Some obvious scratches, dents and body panels may require replacement or repairs.
Grade 1 Vehicle is in accident damaged condition. Repairs will be required to exterior, and maybe engine/interior.
