Good Morning Yuki. I ordered my Toyota Hilux Surf from Japanese Vehicles and that was my first time of dealing with them. The customer relations was and is still very excellent. Yuki would go out of her way by directly calling me several times. before four weeks i was told to wait for the vehicle came, I was informed my surf had docked. I flew to Dar es laam and guess what i saw! Well, no longer a picture of the Surf on the internet but real with Bland New tires! Drove it personally for 2000 kms to Zambia without any problem. I did a service a few months, not because it was fault but to give it a new lease after traveling for long kms and now its better and gives icier drive. Am planning to get another car from Japanese Vehicles by end of this year. For those of you with uncertainties as to whom you are dealing with, i urge you to go to Japanese Vehicles .com. you will really love the customer relations of the likes of Yuki Sugishita, just feels you are in the show room even if she is many mile away.
